[Resolved] Tikona — Fake bills, harassment on phone calls | |||||
Hi, I have used tikona internet connection while i was staying in noida for a brief period of 3 months (august 2015- October 2015). user id [protected]. aside from the fact that the internet connection was horrible with less than 500kbps speed most of the time and many times there was no internet connection at all, I asked them to disconnect my connection in november 2015 when I moved out of noida by calling customer care and raising request, instead tikona has charged me with bills from November 2015 telling me that my connection was not disconnected and even though I have not used it since november I have to pay for it. Now I am constantly receiving phone calls threatening to file a case against me at if I didnt pay the dues. Was this information helpful? | |||||
