[Resolved]  Tikona — Fake company, they take money and do not provide service

I write several emails in regard to my complaint to below ID’s [protected]@tikona.in, j.[protected]@tikona.in, [protected]@tikonacare.in Whenever I write any complaint mail to the J. Nair or there customer care id, in return I get a reply that the issue has been soughed out, but the issue still persists. Every time I call to the customer care they assure me that refund process is going on will update you soon and started generating monthly bills against the connection without providing any service to me. I am in high depression due to this issue as I am facing below issues on daily bases faced a lot of mental sickness & harassment with the behavior & ignores from company authorized spokes I enrolled for online course and because of the services I never attended any single class of mine from entire course duration because NO SERVICE. Which results no increment in my existing company and complete loss of my online study course. I never used the company services even a single day, but still company is generating bills against me. I lost a Big amount of Time & my rest time just in following up my requests & complaints. Date = Complaint Number 10 Feb = 1-[protected] 19 May= 1-[protected] 21 May= 1-[protected] 23 May= 1-[protected] 24 may= 1 [protected] 29 May= 1-[protected] 10 Jun= 1-[protected] 27 June = 1-[protected] Payment Details. BAN :[protected] Payment Amount (Rs Ps) : 2247 Payment Date :[protected] Payment ID : 1-[protected] Transaction ID* : [protected]TPC[protected] Payment status : SUCCESS I request you to kindly provide me a justiciable compensation from the company & request an action against the company officials of obligating “ Department of Telecom & TRAI “ regulations of charging a customer with no service delivery act.
