I took connection 3 months back 60mbps plan. for 6 month
Since i got connection i am raising complain in every 2 days that i am not getting speed/getting 3-4 mbps speed only.
no resolution, such type of company should be ban.
their IVR is also not connecting us to customer care executive.
daily they are saying they escalated tmy case but no resolution.even after paying also i am not getting service. Was this information helpful? |
