[Resolved] Tikona — false bill | |||||
Connection id:-[protected] I requested tikona for a dissconnection on 2 of aug and ask them to stop my biling cycle. They told me that your disconnection is in progress now and ask me to wait for 15 days. I recieved a call on 6 th of aug and they ask me about the connectivity status which i replied to be working file (7 th is my billing date). After that i waited the whole month till a recieve a msg from them that a billl of rs 850 is due of aug month. Inspite of the fact that i have never used their connection a single time the whole month. I raised the issue several time and every time they replied that they have mentioned my issue and it will be resolved. Today they have sent me a legal notice to pay the bill.
