[Resolved]  Tikona — False Billing and Repeated Calls

I have disconnected the connection on June 6 2016 after paying off all the dues, but then also the company raised invoice on me and its showing Rs 500 something due and I get repetative calls from company regarding bill payment.

User Id is [protected] and after I have stopped the service they are saying service was stopped a week later and then u have not cleared all your dues, but they disconnect connection only and only when we complete all due payment which i alredy did.

I have attached the last bill and last payment advice, bill is for 962 and payment is for 862 because I had a talk with the official on 6th june regarding disconnection and waiver for 100 which was added unnecessarily so the amount to be paid was settled for Rs 862 which I paid next day as I have told him and he disconnected thye connection from 6 june.

Kindly help me regarding the calls from company and the false billing.

We would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on the basis of your request we have stopped charging you rentals for the service. You will be charged up to your disconnection request date or billing cycle date or last usage date whichever is later. If you wish you may still use the services anytime in future, you will be charged 5 Paisa / MB (excluding tax) with speed up to 4Mbps.

When I have paid i have cleared the dues in full but now also mails are being sent to me almost everyday to pay and the company keep on increasing the dues which are now currently showing at 616 rupees. I have disconnected my account on 6 June but till now I am getting mails and the connection is not cut till now as I get mails that u will be charged at so and so price for per mb etc etc. Kindly disconnect my account and clear those incorrect dues which are raised against me.
