Tikona — False Billing and then blackmailing calls | |||
I was a Tikona Broadband user in Mira Road, Thane. I had taken a connection in July 2014 for my home usage. However there were initial hiccups in the services but then after a few visits by engineer, it was rectified. Later on, I had taken a place in Delhi for some work related place and I requested Tikona to stop the service in Mumbai and I paid the bill till the month i had used. The problem started here. The service provider does not want to close the account. So even after my many requests they did not close the account and kept requesting me to put the account on hold or shift to Delhi or transfer the connection to my friends. I was not ok with any option but I got more than 10 calls that I should keep it on hold and the executive told me that you will not be billed for Hold period. So I held the service. One day, suddenly they released the hold and started making bills. As per my records, I had last logged in the month for what I have already paid. Now I am getting threatening calls from Fraud people to pay the bill otherwise I will have to appear in Tees Hazari Court or Saket Court Delhi. The Fraud's numbers are [protected], [protected] (Sandeep Sinha). My User ID was [protected] I want Tikona to stop getting calls made by these frauds and stop harassing me.
