Tikona — Faulty device and delay in services | |||||
I'm having connection issues since 11/Nov/2015. My internet isn't working and i suspect its because of a faulty Tikona device. My user id is [protected]. Whenever i'm calling customer care, they keep saying that they will resolve the problem in 24 hrs. On 15th Nov 2015, they told me that they have assigned an engineer visit to check the problem. The engineer haven't visited yet. Now whenever i'm calling that engineer, it keeps saying his phone is switch off and customer care is not picking up the call anymore. The name of the engineer is "Ashutosh Dwivedi' and his contact number is [protected]. I'm having inconvenience regarding my connection. I want a waiver for a month or simply drop my connection because i'm not satisfied with the services provided by the company. There always a delay in response as well as poor internet speed. They don't play attention to the consumer's complaint and fooling their customers. Was this information helpful? | |||||
