Tikona — Forcing for payment when i've already asked to disconnect my account. | |||||
Well, as already mentioned in the complaint that people from tikona were calling my back to back for payment when i had already asked them to disconnect. They started billing my account without my knowledge. Below is the mail I had mailed on 11 Feb. Take of the Modem snehal kadam Feb 11 to customercare To Whomsoever it may concern. Take of the modem. And on what basis are you asking me to pay bill. Take it Off. In the event of not being able to deliver the modem to the company in 7 days from the date of this email failing which Termination Penalty charges of Rs.1500/- will be levied on your account as per terms & condition mentioned in Subscriber Registration Form.
