I had called tikona in the month of 12 january 2019 & requested a cancellation as i as not going to be using the connection for the next 6 to 7 months. I was advised that i can keep the connection active & will be charged rs 100/- every month. I denied the same & requested a cancellation. I was advised that i ill receive a call the next day for the cancellation, however i never received a call nor did i receive any bills after that day. I then received a call from a lady who was very arrogant, rude & stubborn & did not allow me to speak at all, in the month of 27 may to clear the bill of rs 2098 immediately or informed me that i will be fined a charge of 2, 00, 000 & police custody as well. My wife received the call from the same lady who behaved in the same way. I called the lady on her number [protected] i told her the reason for the unpaid balance. She did not allow me to speak & said "agar aapko bill bharne nahi aata toh app log connection kyu use karte ho? Abhi ke abhi paise bharo"
I had never delayed my payment of rs 855/- even if the charges were too high. Me & my both o[censored]s are handicapped i can't drive a two wheeler & i use a public transport to travel.
The next day i received the call again from a different number [protected] & told me that as i have not paid the bill she is filing the case & i was advised to visit bharti vidyapeeth police station & collect the legal copy & was also advised that the police will be coming to my place for an arrest & i will be liable for a fine upto rs 2, 00, 000. For paying rs 855/- every month & for an outstanding balance of rs 2098/- 2, 00, 000 fine does it make any sense?.
Because of this me & my family were under a tremendous pressure.
I then received a call from a person named as mr shukla (Mobile number[protected] pretending to be a constable from bharti vidyapeeth police station. I told him the situation which he understood.
I then checked the details. Is this the legal way where your legal teams make this harassment. I have paid the o/s balance of 2098/- & i want a legal action to be taken against the leagal team of tikona.

technition has been assigned to us but he is not receiving our call.we are fed trying customer care & technition.
