I had taken the connection on 25th september and today is 22 october 2015 but I'm not able to use the internet till today, as it is asking for loggin repeatedly in every10min or it do not connect and says IP not correct. i had even called them several times but nothing has been done above this when I had asked them to refund my rest of the money and disconnect the service they are not processing it. i had taken connection of 2200Rs in which they told that internet will be free for 2 months plus it includes installation charge, but now i need my money back as I haven't used there internet properly also 1 month is still left. i had even mailed Mr Jaykrishnan Nair and on cuctomer care ID but there was no revert. also below are some contact of the person who had played all this game and are now avoiding the call- [protected] [protected] [protected] I suggest all the innocent customer not to take this connection if they dont want to lose their money i request you to kindly help me in getting my money back my TIKONA user ID is [protected] thanks Praveen [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
