Tikona one of the one of the worst company to handle customer care problem. I have given a 9 reminder mail to everyone in company starting from the Prakash Bajpai. But the result was same no response received.
I have taken the connection from the company and from the first day it has not connected (it is more than 30 days) . Intrestingly they have generated the bill also for not using the connection. More than 100 calls in customer care and 9 reminder mails to everyone. It’s been more than one month now no revert by the company and my connection is not yet started.
