Tikona — Fraud company poor service and stop communicating when it's time to give refunds | |
I signed up for three months of services payment for the period upfront including installation after which I got poor service for about ten days after which they said it was a problem with their signal they would fix it but two weeks later they never fixed it. I was the only one that called them they never looked into the issue numerous complaints later they just stopped taking my called so I started emailing them. It takes them a week to respond to an email and even then it's some lame response that never answers the questions raised. I asked them to disconnect the service then they said they would only disconnect after 14 days of no service which means no gadget can accidentally log on so then I disconnected the Tikona cable to ensure this wouldn't happen. After about almost a month of that and numerous messages they finally sent someone to pick up their equipment. It's been two weeks I haven't heard from them I guess my trust and upfront three month payment is history. Was this information helpful? | |
