[Resolved] Tikona — Fraud company under ministry of communication | |||||
Tikona is highly boiling my blood because there are not allowing me to talk to their senior and not even resolving my wifi issue. I asked for the refund, that too they are not registering my complaint. They are fraud, use our money and not providing us wifi even for the single day. If you delay in recharging then they will ask for a penalty but never give you service. When I ask for disconnection and refund they are not letting me do that. This is happening from past 2 months. I strongly want to take serious action on Tikona and their team so that they will not con any new user. Was this information helpful? | |||||
