[Resolved] Tikona — fraudulent behaviour from the company related to wrong billing | |||
Tikona digital networks provided a really bad internet service and when i discontinued their service they levied penalty on me and called me through rude lawyers who behaved really badly on call and asked me to pay my dues, which i did. Later, they activated my dead account without my permission and now that i sent them a request for deactivating my account before my next payment cycle even starts, they are charging me an unnecessary fee of 1400. This fraudulent behavior is a punishable offense. Was this information helpful? | |||
