Sub; Fake TIKONA BROADBAND SERVICE in VARANASI CITY AREA, Pin Code 221001.(U.P.)

This is to complain you as under:
1. that the complainant applied for installation of TIKONA Broadband Service at my residence addressed above with M/S Tikona Broadband, Shastri Nagar Sigra Varanasi U.P. a franchise Branch of Tikona Digital Networks Pvt Ltd, who always informed me that "TIKONA SERVICE IS NOT FOR VARANASI CITY AREA".
2. That, that following my request at TIKONA's web page, Tikona Complaint Status Update [ID: 893553] the Mumbai office vide Mobile number [protected] confirmed visit of Technical service providers at my residence by 4 to 5 pm on today but no one visited to resolve my complaint.
3. That, Tikona Digital Networks Pvt Ltd in Varanasi under license from TRAI running as a fake TIKONA Broadband Service appears to defraud the Ministry of Tele Communication as it is not working upto customer’s need in Varanasi city area.
Would you kindly look up into the matter and direct your Service provider in Varanasi to install Tikona broadband at my residence.

My name is Abhinav and even I am facing the same issue. I have called 5 times to tikona office for the connection but didn't receive any response. My point is if Mr Nair says that the service is unavailable in Varanasi then why they are showing our area on their website. It should be removed immediately. Even their customer representatives are not giving the clear information about their service availability.
Tikona guys are really fake and fraud.
