[protected], the link is highly unstable and the connection is highly active for more then 1 hour and gets disconnects very frequently.
While I am on 40mbps plan, but hardly gets 1 to 2 Mbps line, thus I am not able to work.
Atleast 20+ tickets are created in past 2+ months on network issue, Customer care says, talk to engineer and engineer does not pick the phone. He says he do not know anything it could b backend problem talk to CC
I have to invest additional money to get additional connections with other service provider.
This connection is of no use to me and it is not stable and do not have speed as well as required for my work. I request closer of the account and refund the amount which I have paid for service committed from 7th feb to 7th Aug. as of 1st May on proreta basis Was this information helpful? |
