[Resolved] Tikona — Frequent disconnection | |
I launched my complaint on 16 Nov 2016 at about 9 am. But I am so much disappointed with their service. Nothing is done till now. This should be taken care.My service id is[protected]. I have to do important work but faced problems and had to go for local networks. Even their services are better. I request Tikona to take action and also compensate for the inconvenience caused or we will be obliged to shift our connection. If not taken action within 12 hrs, our trust will break.
