Frequent disconnection or sometimes no connection at all even after so many follow ups there's no resolution my plan is 15mbps for 6 months but still tikona is sending messages to upgrade my plan why should I upgrade I've just paid for the 15 Mbps plan worst service highly unprofessional sometimes the download speed as the plan but there's no upload speed at all everytime when I try to upload a file the connection gets disconnected

Tikona Digital Networks customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Even after follow ups no service another weekend wasted the problem still persist but tikona will send you a message saying your problem has been solved.
