[Resolved] Tikona — frequent failure of internet connectivity - perennial problem not solved | |||||
Sir / madam, My user id is [protected]. I am using tikona services almost nearing 5 years. Presently i am facing connectivity problems very frequently. You can also acertain from your failure call log record. I am unable to followup with you for getting my problem rectified. You examine your technical feasibility and then revert. If this problem persists, i may have to change the service provider. Do not drag on, after me asking for change in service provider. Let this be the last time i am requesting you for technical assistance. You will be getting a request for termination of your services if this persist.
