[Resolved] Tikona — frequently disconnected... | |||
My tikona service id – [protected] since last 6 months i am facing severe disconnection issue, i have complaint several times but they have not done anything at all till date. Its almost 2 month now and slow internet and frequent disconnection is every day situation. The call resolved automtically stating issue has been resolved. Customer care do not provide a solution, you are taking all steps to ensure customers issues are closed without providing a resolution. Once you confirm a resolution, same issue repeat with in 2-3 days. Technician also not technically sound... Just come and reboot device and close the call... Getting 3rd class service from tikona...
