[Resolved] Tikona — Full payment made but no service and no response from tikona | |||||
I've made full payment for a broadband plan. It has been 1 week that it is still not working. Tikona raised request and i got a message saying it has been resolved whereas it is not. When i call them, technical team never picks up the call. If they pick up, they keep on escalating the issue every time. And, i'm sure if they see this post, they will again ask for details and ESCALATE it again. If i call customer care people, they transfer the call and same thing happens.
