Due to poor performance of network, i requested in writing for termination of subscription, and informed well in advance in feb 2017 month.in spite of clear written application, they all were talking to take other plan or take prepaid plan, and they wasted some 15 days, and with this cunning trick they generated the bill of next billing cycle. And started late payment charges too. Now, they are blackmailing for complaining in cibil, and legal action. Was this information helpful? |
"1. For the last more than year, your services are not satisfactory which can be verified from your record itself as I frequently lodged complaints.
2. For the past three months your services are worst. Several months before, Tikona technician visited at my resident and observed that dibba( antena box) was required to be replaced but after repeatedly, none visited to replace the box.
3. I have lodged recent complaint on 12/05/2016 but problem is still unsolved.
4. It is very strange for me being informed that technician visited and problem been solved.
5. For the last six months, I have received only 20-25% connectivity only which is offered thru online resolved problems.
6. I repeatedly receive calls to pay my bill but none dare to resolve my problem permanently by replacing box as was observed by your technician months before.
7. I several times, requested your representatives to discontinue my services for ever, if appropriate and permanent solution is not available at your end.
8. I use tikona for earning education of my children & bread and butter totally for personal use, and frequent disturbances cause mental and financial losses.
Therefore, I again request you to kindly do as under:
1. Solve the connectivity problem by sending your representative/ technician and replace the box permanently, and
2. Waive off minimum one month's bill for shortage of services/ connection.
3. If problem solution is not available, kindly discontinue my connection after waiving off the pending bill under intimation to me."
I have been getting threats on phone for sever consequences but no reply yet against my mails and none responding on customer care numbers.
