Tikona — Generating bill after disconnection | |||
Subscriber-id [protected] I've already requested to disconnect my tikona connection 4 months ago, also paid the pending amount. That time I was told by customer care that "Your connection is disconnected". Still they are generating the bill. Yesterday I got call from [protected] (Mohd Wasim Khan) forcing me to pay the bill and was talking about court case. I paid the amount as given online in my account. Still he says you didn't paid the total amount. This is serious issue and I want help on this. Was this information helpful? | |||
