Tikona — Getting bills and threats even after connection closed long time back

I requested for the close of my connection on June 2015, and I even have the confirmation from them over email dated 31st August. I still got bills even after that date. I have called up the customer care people in numerous number of times, but all the time they mention that don't need to pay anything as the bill will be settled. But I am still getting bills and today I got a phone call from someone threatening me of Police. I called up today to the Customer care, and since my phone number is registered with them, I got a message from IVR that my identity has been confirmed and I will get a call, but nothing happens. Please get this resolved as it is causing me a lot of mental trouble. My consumer id # is [protected].

I had received an email on 11th of September, that the modem is missing. On checking I found that the wire was linked to a common modem that is on the top of my building and there is no separate modem that was assigned to me. I called up on the same day or a day later, and I was told by the customer care that I don't need to pay the bill or any charges as this will be settled, but nothing happened, and I still got the bill on 11th of November. Please suggest.
