Very worst experience i have faced with tikona.
I was not able to attend the skype calls, as there was intermittent issues. Escalated several times and didn't resolved the issue. I was requesting them to cancel the service before one month of the subscription but they told to call on the last day, when i was trying to reach the customer care they were having some issue in their system and the next day i sent an email saying to disconnect on the 1st day of billing and paid the extra one month amount for cancelling the connection on the 1st day of billing.
Now after 5 months, still they are sending the emails to pay the bills, this shows how efficient their applications are.
They will torture end users and make them suffer, i was about to loose my job because of the issue with their networks.
