Tikona — getting harassing calls from tikona | |
I am getting daily calls from tikona stating that my bill amount is not clear. My tikona plan was active till 14th april 2020 & since 11th march my internet connection is not working due to fire incident in my society. It took almost 15 days to retain the electricity back in society. Post the power back i raised multiple compliant to resolve my tikona connection issue but the complaint got closed due to unavailability of engineers due to covid 19 situation. Then i raised a complaint on protal & mail to discontinue the request on 7th april & did follow up before my plan expired but didn't received any revert from customer care on mail. My payment is clear till 14 th april as per the plan. Now they are asking me to pay 960 not sure which amount if i want to discontinue the connection. When asked them to give me the confirmation on mail where my amount is pending, they don't bother me to revert. I am attaching the mail which i dropped to tikona customer care along with my plan details. Need your opinion
