Hi, My user id was [protected]. I have closed my tikona internet many months agi but still I am receiving overdue messages from tikona. PFA the billpaid receipt I have paid for my last outstanding amount. Below is the message i had recieved today from tikona- Your Tikona Bill is overdue for Rs.595.08.Current plan is suspended, you will be charged 5paise/MB @ a speed of 4Mbps when you use the service. Verified Support Sep 26, 2016 Tikona Digital Networks Customer Care's response Dear Mr. Mistry, Greetings from Tikona. We would like to inform you that we have addressed your service disconnection request and on the basis of your request we have stopped charging you rentals for the service.
