Tikona — getting poor internet speed all the time | |||
I have tikona connection with 4MBPS plan. My most of time goes into complaining about the poor speed. I hardly receive full 4MBPS or near to 4MBPS internet speed. I have filed lot of complaints since I have taken the connection on 17/03/15. There are solving the problem only for few hours and then problem starts again. The connection is very pathetic and also their customer service is very poor. I want some permanent solution for my connection. Was this information helpful? | |||
