Tikona — Harassing calls and NOt terminating My connection | |||
HI Sir / Madam . I took this Broadband connection (Tikona ID:[protected])in month of Oct 2014. But there was not a single day when i called unlimited times in customer care. They charged for 1 gb speed and gave me 512 kbps speed, maximum time there was low speed or no network . Even i asked to close connection. They didn't . Now they want are charging for the days when i didnt use this service. This Type of services should be ban in India . Companies like this are cheating and fooling public and . They just want to snatch money. Every day they are calling and harassing me. I sent so many mails to customer care and J NAIR . But No response Please help me on this and take a rigid action on this.
