[Resolved]  Tikona — Harassing me to pay that bill which i havent used

I used tikona for a year after few month i started facing problems first it was like bi-weekly for me that was feasible but after that it turned into weekly and then after some months it became daily problem then i looked for a week and changed my plan to 4 MBPS then it worked fine for a few days again problem started i called them everyday waited on the phone for like 40-50 min everyday. And when i asked them what about the money you are charging me and its not been working fine
They told me they will waive off that money and for 1 and half month i kept calling them and they only send tech then who dint fix the problem even he was also abusing tikona. And he dint fixed the problem after getting so much furstated from this drama i told them to get their box from there as i dont want to continue the services. But they never came and dint even call me for more than few months now i am getting calls from +[protected] Rajesh kumar who claims to be a lawyer and harassed me.
