[Resolved] Tikona — Harassing via email and phone call even after disconnection | |||||
Details : tikona service id no [protected] & billing account number[protected] We had completed the usage of tikona till august 2015 wherein we had paid for 3 months.Due to very very low speed we had complained to customer care but was of no use. At the end i mailed to stop the connection. But after 3 months i used to get mails from them regarding payment. Even i had a word with the official wherein i provided the details about the mail. Till 1 month everything was fine, but after that i used to get legal notice mails. Now got fake calls from delhi court regarding the same. None of them had replied to me on mail. All i got was auto generated mails.I had mailed on Tikona.[protected]@tikona.In, [protected]@tikona.In But of no use. Please look into it I have attached the screen shots as proof of sent mail . These email id are provided by them so had mailed on it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
