[Resolved] Tikona — harassment against the bill | |
My consumer number is [protected]. I am highly frustrated with tikona internet services, first of all, their service is not good, due to which i stopped using their connection in may 2017 and asked them to disconnect my services. I have spoken to many representatives about this but still, they are adding the charges and sending me the bill. They also threaten in the name of some advocate mr. Chaudhary from delhi (Phone number[protected]. My point is why should i pay the bill if i have not used it. This is a complete mental harassment to me also it has suffered me my loss of job. I do not know where to go and whom should i complain. Tikona should pay me a compensation for this. Was this information helpful? | |
