[Resolved]  Tikona — harassment and overcharging

Hi took tikona's connection in nov/dec 2016 in pune and paid advance for 3/6 months amount rs 2987. But due to non availability and multiple failures from tikona to provide a connected internet i had raised a termination request in dec 2016 itself.
I suffered a lot because of tikona and ended up losing job also. Jan 2017 they asked me to retain this account id to someone else name also, i provided my friend address and number but t hey failed to provide a service. Meanwhile i asked for refund but it was never entertained.

I moved out of pune in jan 2017 itself, leaving all these things behind, but today i got call from lawyer to pay addition 1000 rs because i had not paid the balance amount for account closure.

I have paid the amount but i have never seen such a ridiculous service and such unprofessional behavior from any other company.

And this is completely case of harassing a consumer by promising good service taking money out of his pocket and then cheat the customer by threatening him to come to delhi court

And whenever i tried to reach customer care of Tikona call was dropped saying long waiting queue and they will call back. And i missed their call only once that too without any intention.

read the complaint again.
and if it was closed as per my instruction then WHY I was charged 1000? WHY i was not reimbursed the amount which was not used? And how the hell I got legal call after more than 14 months of disconnection of account????
AND WHY no customer care executive talked to me??? WHY my mails were answered??

AND I DON'T WANT TO CONTACT YOU THROUGH forum.tikona.in. THIS COMPLAINT STILL PERSISTS AND WILL BE DISCUSSED HERE or ON CALL in case you guys call me because i tried calling tikona and all sleeping employees don't answer the call.

i have shared the feedback to few existing customers and they have also confirmed the same unprofessional behavior and service.

TIKONA is one of the worst companies I have ever came across.
