Tikona — Harassment and threatening call

I stopped using tikona services from 21st May 2015 and requested a disconnection on 3rd June 2015 (online request number 1-[protected]). A bill amount of 1246 was generated for the month of July, 2015 about which I informed them (online request number 1-[protected]). There was no further interaction between us. Then few days back I got a call from someone named Wasif ([protected]) from Tis Hazari Court, Delhi. He asked me to pay the pending amount (for the month of July during which I did not use the broadband services) or else I will have to undergo legal proceedings. So, I request tikona to look into the matter and to stop bothering me with their fake calls. Details of Tikona WI-Bro Service account are - BAN[protected] and Service ID - [protected]
