Hi,
I had Tikona Broadband Connection in 2019.
I had taken 6 month plan for which I made payment in advance.As internet service was pathetic, i decided to close account. For same raised request on Tikona app. There was no response from Tikona either for bad service or for closure of account. I changed my broadband provider. And now Tikona people are harassing for due payments.
Once my plan got over and I took new broadband connection why would need such a pathetic service of Tikona.
In December plan got expired, since then I am using other broadband service, why Tikona needs payment?
I have already paid for all used services so please stop harassment.
1) I have written 5-6 mails regarding disconnection nothing happened.
2)No one picks call at Customer care
3)I already raised service request on their app and I disconnected immediately as already there was no service.
4)Need help against these harassment calls
Please help.
It creates annoying environment at home.
