Based on the information on the internet and social media sites, i am one of the many ex-tikona customers facing this problem. I disconnected tikona over 2.5 years ago because of their bad service and internet quality. I had never defaulted on the payments though. However, they still keep calling and harassing me saying they are calling from some court. I have tried to explain to the callers that there are no pending bill payments, but it has been of no use. Of course someone who calls just to lie and harass won't listen to reason. I hope more customers will read this and save themselves from this fraudulent company.
