[Resolved] Tikona — Harassment by Tikona legal | |||
TIKONA BROADBAND is company with no process or being driven by weak management wherein they only know how to remind of your dues / bill like rainy frog which appears only once . I have been using the said services with user ID [protected] and did not get any service despite my regular complaint to them for the poor services vide my complaint nos [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] [protected] to by utmost surprise these complaint were closed without even getting attended . finally I decided to get rid of this connection and one of the representative have also collected the equipment from my residence. Now these chaps have raised the bill for my equipment charges and they are so unprofessional in their approach towards customers that they have hired so called goondaas to get the recovery done .. I have been contacting their appeliate authority but even he doesn't pay any heed towards the genuine complaints. I will suggest everyone to not to even subscribe to TIKONA as you will be cheated without getting any speed or service Was this information helpful? | |||
