I have been using this company's Internet service from over a year now but from 31st May 2015 i started facing several network issues due to which i wasnt able to use the service and thus i made several complaints to the Tikona Customer Care number[protected] and was assured of quick solution to it, initially they said that the tower from which the networks are provided are down and will be solved in 12 hours but afraid the problem persisted for next many days and i went out of town. When i returned in a week my family said internet is still not working, i immediately called the Technical support again and they assigned a technician which came after 2 days but he wasnt able to solve the issue then and said he will address this issue to upper executives to look into it.
Then i never heard them back untill 24th/25th June when i again made a complaint regretting that i choosed their service over airtel. The guy raised a complaint for a complete waiver till 24th June 2015 and assigned an engineer again who visited my place on 27th and finally he solved the issue and i started using the internet untill 2 hours after it again vanished, i was full of hatred against them and called again.
They again said the backened tower is under repair, it will be solved in the next 10 hours or so. I again raised a waiver request for not using internet because of the company;s issues from 31st May to 27th June now but again nothing got working untill 2nd July(and no waiver given till yet).
I made a complaint again on 2nd July and again 11th July and again via email to [protected]@tikona.in explaining each and every aspect of the problems i was facing but still no positive reponse from that time and stopped calling and complaining them after then untill their executive visited my place to collect bill for the entire period for which i dint pay due to all above mentioned problems. I explained the executive and he went directing me to forward the written email complaint (i sent to [protected]@tikona.in ) again to [protected]@tikona.in assuring me he will solve it immediately. But like everytime i havent heard back from him again and the company people call me every day 10 times asking me to clear the outstanding.
Finally i raised one last complaint stating to either disconnect my connection OR waive of the entire amount till 29th july they invoiced me for only 2-3 days of service in the last 2 months.
There are more than 10 complaints raised in the said period of 2 months, havent recorded all but have the following request id's:
