[Resolved] Tikona — harassment | |||
I have requested disconnection for my tikona broadband connection 2 months prior to my disconnection date. My broadband was not disconnected and i had moved from the place. Tikona kept the connection alive for a month and were charging me for it. I did not make the payment for the additional month because i had already requested for the connection to be discontinued. I have been harassed for the past 3 years to make that payment and they have added penalty for that payment until now. Today i received a call from someone claiming to be from the delhi high court from [protected]. They were absolutely ruthless and spoke in such a terrible manner. On truecaller this was flagged as tikona. Was this information helpful? | |||
