Dear Tikona,
Although you have mentioned here that you are taking some action, but till now I have not received any message or indication from your side that something is being done. Moreover, the full and final calculation should not take this much time. Its been around 4 months now. And, I have to carry the phone number(on roaming) just because you are famous as a fraud. What I want is as follows:
1) A formal email from your side to my registered email id stating that my connection was terminated, and the device were transferred to a new user(the details of which is available to you, and if not then call me to know more.)
Untill and unless I get an email stating the above, I will keep on posting your complaint on any social media, or open space I find. I want this because you had already sent me an email to return my device, for which I had to call you back. You said that it was an auto generated email and I need not worry about it. But 2 months later, you call me back asking for the device and stating that I am doing wrong act of not submitting the device. You referred to that email. I can put upi the person to whom you transferred the device. I can bring upi call logs where in you said that I dont have to submit the device as it is being transferred. Also, for the same reason you did not take any installation cost for it.
ITS BEEN 4 MONTHS, AND STILL NOW YOU ARE WAITING THAT WHEN I DISCONNECT MY REGISTERED PHONE NUMBER AND YOU COULD PUT UP A LEGAL CASE AGAINST ME. I HAVE SENT YOU SO MANY MAILS ON THE CUSTOMER CARE EMAIL ID, YOU HAVE NEVER SENT ME ANY CALLS/EMAILS BACK.
SO, WHY SHOULDN'T I CALL YOU A THIEF, A FRAUD? JUST GIVE ME ONE GOOD REASON FOR IT

Even this site says " Bad news - Even though we've managed to contact the company, they're quite slow at resolving complaints." My question: Do you even resolve complaints? Thiefs/Frauds don't resolve, but create a mess!!
