[Resolved]  Tikona — Harassment calls from Tikona

HI,

I had an tikona account with user ID -[protected].

I have raised termination request of my connection in Dec 2013 and after giving so many options they finally got ready to terminate my connection.

Now after 2 months got call from them for NOC of termination . Their advocate said to get NOC you should pay 1510 otherwise will file case against you.

This is a new way to make money from your x-customer or what?

At the time of termination they have not mentioned about any dues and NOC now suddenly from where it came.

And the advocate said make payment and send us bank statement to prove that you have paid.

She called form this number: [protected]. When i googled this number then saw many people are suffering from such kinds of call.

This is really pathetic and embrassing for a loyal customer who was paying bills till the time he was using the connection.

I want them to solve my query ASAP and then will talk to that lawyer on this number.
