Tikona — Harassment, cheating | |||
Hi Team, Custmer ID =[protected], from the past 1 Year i'm using Tikona Broadband connection.On Aug 26th, 2014 is reneweal date is getting completed.I made call to Tikona customer care on 23 rd Aug and requested for Disconnection of Broadband.There Accepted the same .Today 27th Aug One of the Tikona Champion made call to me and forceming to continue with Broadband connection and he is forcing me to Pay Next bill cycle amount then he is going to disconnect.He saying that Tikona is going to send Legal notice from Court.I have all the voice conversionsons with me .i'm not using the broadband connection after 25th Aug 11.30pm.Could you please take some action on this issue.
