[Resolved]  Tikona — Harassment from TIKONA

Hi Team,
Please go through the following mail chain.
TIKONA now therting me to file a legal notice. I have also got a call from delhi and that lady talk very rudely.
These guys are not only provide pathetic service but also started Harassing people.
Strong action needs to be taken to stop this non sense.

I am Sachin Raut, Billing Account #[protected], User ID [protected] using Tikona Broadband Service since last 5-6 Years.I got a bill of rs 686 for excess uses in the nov.month. As per bill total uses of 5336 however actual download was 1332.(file attached)
pls look into this as i have to pay the bill by 10 dec.

I am continuously getting the mail for the outstanding of bill for RS 1105. Wow great...
Despite I discontinued the service I am still getting message.
Can you please stop sending this its really annoying and irritating.
I can pay the bill 500 max. please take your box as well.

After being continuous follow up on the billing issue you tikona guys are not bother to reply on my mail.
Now got the mail stating legal action.Who is suppose to reply on my concern.
