[Resolved] Tikona — Harassment from tikona | |||||
I mailed to tikona customer care for disconnecting my broadband on 14th december 2016 after struggling for 4 year and they processed my mail on 28th december. In between they generated bill too and telling me to pay it. when i didn’t use the connection why i should pay the bill?? Now i am getting threatening calls from number [protected] & [protected]. I already paid all the bills for 4 years and complained a hell lot of time for speed & connection problem, but tikona didn’t care for this at all. Now because of this threatening call my family is getting disturbed now. this is not correct at all. You cannot harass any one like this. Now they are telling you have to come to high court. This is now heights... is it possible to put harassment case against it? Was this information helpful? | |||||
