Tikona — Harassment from tikona internet service | |
Hi, I terminated my tikona connection long back because of the poor connection and worst service provided by them with clearing all my dues but even after disconnection they keep sending us wrong billing mail and when i contacted the customer care, they said billing letter was sent by mistake and they won't send any letters from now on but they keep sending us the mail for next few months and later they stopped the communication. After 3-4 months now they again sent a message on my phone that if you didn't pay the balance amount then they will take legal action. This is ridiculous! I have no dues against company, returned all equipments and have all written correspondence proof with company. I am mentally harassed by Tikona company!
