[Resolved]  Tikona — Harassment over phone call and threatening of a court case.

I had subscribed to Tikona's broadband services (user id : [protected])july 2014 . I have asked the Tikona customer care to disconnect my service on August 2015.But they were not ready to do so. In the call they would say that they are disconnecting, but I received the bill at the end of the month.Upon multiple calls, they finally disconnected the service with much delay on September.But now they are asking me to pay the bill for the delayed period, during which I have not used their service. Also, they came to my house and collected the modem.But they are saying that modem is not collected and asking me to pay for the same. Now they are threatening to file a case against me and start legal proceedings for no fault from my side. I have been a loyal customer to Tikona for more than 1 year and I am flabbergasted by their ill treatment towards their customers. I didn't expect this from the self claimed India's best internet service provider. they are threatening me over call to file a case against me in tis hazari court . chamber number 34, advocate narendra kalra .
