[Resolved] Tikona — Harassment regarding bill payment | |||
Tikona Id : [protected] I used tikona internet service for 3 months. I asked them to stop my service by calling customer care, they responded saying "we are going to stop your service, but your connection will be on hold and would be disconnected after one month", and asked me to pay 100 rupees which is the balance after deducting my advance amount. But, even after one month my connection wasn't disconnected and they kept on sending bills to my account 500 for first month after i asked them to stop my service, 1000 on second month with fine. I called them again to stop service and billing but they just disconnected asking me to be on hold for a minute. This has been continued and now they are threatening and forcing me to pay a hefty amount of 1500 rupees including fine. Why should i pay this even without using and even after requesting them to stop my service. Now they are calling and harassing daily saying "an advocate calling from delhi high court and we are going to send you a legal notice". I have full confidence on judicial system and one can track whether i requested them or not to stop my service. Please stop harassing me. Was this information helpful? | |||
