As i am moving to other city, i submitted request to disconnect all my tikona services via email/customer care. After so much discussions with customer care representative over the call, he finally agreed to disconnect and he calculated the amount for the days i have used their services and told me to pay the amount. I paid the same amount, till the date i was using their services.
Tikona has put my account on secondary usage policy. What is the purpose of that, when i don't want to continue or don't have any plan to resume services in near future? I requested them to please collect your devices and provide me noc for the same, as i'll be leaving this place and will be moving to some other place, but no action on this and replied to leave the devices there only.
Now everyday i am getting calls like "why you want to disconnect, to continue with services and to pay the bill amount, which i din't know what bill when all my services are disconnected?
Everyday 5 - 6 smss like,"to pay pending bill amount, as you are using tikona services, you are being charged". I don't know, how this company can send me these messages when i have wrapped up their boxes and wires, how i can use their services? How tikona can send me these kind of messages when i am not using their services and already have paid the bill, the same amount which customer care rep. Told me to pay.
I have (3) call recording available with me for the conversation which i had with customer care for disconnection request and agreed bill amount.
Currently, i am attaching the email screenshot which i have sent to disconnect my services and messages screenshot which i am getting on daily basis.
In a hope, this issue can be resolve asap.
