I had been using Tikona for over a year when it suddenly stopped working in the month of October 2016. Since, I had used some data in the monthly rental, I had been asked to pay the bill for October . I hadn't used the internet in November and December and I forgot about the tikona issue . In January 2017, a tikona representative called me asking me to pay for the month of October, which made sense, since I have not paid after using the internet. So, I paid the amount in cash. He made the call to the tikona call centre, spoke to them asking them to cancel it . He said the job's done. I have been constantly getting emails, asking me to pay for the months of November and December and now finally, I have received a lawyer's notice from one, K.H.Halai from Halai and Co. Advocates. The tikona helpine is hopeless and they are just putting me on hold . They cannot harass me like this and I am willing to take legal action.

This is to inform you that I am continuously being harassed and troubled by the Tikona People regarding my dispute and internet connection. I have recently got a threat call as well by some lady 'Priya Aggarwal' who was claiming to be a lawyer from Delhi. Tikona is asking me to make the due payment which they have charged me unreasonably. Also the lawyer was threatening me to block my Aadhaar Card for 25 Years. Is it legally legit?
I have received a legal notice Today on 4th Feb 2020; while the date mentioned on the paper is 11th Dec 2019.
In that letter I am being asked for the legal proceedings inspite of me being the victim in this case.
This is to be noted that since the time I have taken Tikona connection; I am being harassed by Tikona. Since Aug 2018 I am suffering with the bad connections and slow interment speed continuously month-after-month. Even after charging me hefty monthly rent, they are not providing me the promised speed and connectivity.
For the same reasons, I also have raised multiple complaints with Tikona Customer care since September 2018 till September 2019. And spoken to them at least 10 times. But the query was never resolved. Multiple technicians also they sent to my home multiple times to check the connectivity; but they never solved any problem and rather mis-behaved with my family in my absence. They were threat to my family's safety.
When I demanded a compensation with Tikona, they never replied and promised that it will be solved soon. I have paid more amount than the services I had used; then why these charges are against me?? In fact I need the Money Back from Tikona for my Compensation claims.
In fact I have multiple times, already told them to disconnect me from the Services; but they kept charging me and did not take my discontinuation request seriously.
All these things you can cross check by going thru my discussions with their customer care calls.
I request here one last time that, kindly take out the Tikona Internet Connection Immediately from my house and Pay me back my compensation. And Meanwhile delete all the Pending charges from my account. Otherwise I do not have a choice, but to complain to the consumer-court and apply for my harassment charges against Tikona and fight for my compensation back.
I have raised the similar query on 6th Jan 2020 as well, but no response received by Tikona and their legal dept. My online request number is 1-[protected].
