Tikona — Help else return my amount | |||
Sir my connection was registered on 7th march and after the installation of tikona they told me to buy a router and they will help me configuration but they do not help me in that and instead of sending an engineering they were doing on the call and every time they do the same things and after 1 2 hours my internet connection gets disconnected through lan as well as through router . Two days back i received a message which is like that they are sending an engineer and i have also received the contact number of the engineer but when i tried calling that engineer he said that he does not get any information regarding the compint. There are many more complaints but firstly i wanted that my internet connection gets started.so please see to it before taking any action from my side.
